Yokogawa Bunten, located on the beautiful road leading to Soja Daijingu Shrine, has a modern and slightly refreshing, yet somewhat nostalgic and warm appearance. Under the eaves, a cute flag has written, "We have volga rice." Volga rice is a soul food of Echizen City. It is a dish made made up of omelette rice made with specially chosen eggs topped with crispy pork cutlets and covered with a special homemade sauce. The taste of the slightly sour sauce and mellow eggs are wonderful, and once you start you can't stop eating it.
