"L'aisance × Craft Invitation Food & Craft Restaurant" event will be held for a day to enjoy food and traditional crafts!


We held a one-day restaurant event at PARK, a complex in the Kawada area, titled "A day to enjoy food and traditional crafts!"
Approximately 3 people attended the event, which was held three times including lunch and dinner, using locally produced ingredients and traditional craftware and cutlery made in the Echizen Sabae area.

This time, we have invited Chef Yoshikawa and Chef Akae, both of whom are from Fukui Prefecture and are the owners of the French restaurant "L'aisance," as well as Mr. Minami of "Daikonya" for dinner.

On the day of the event, it was a wonderful opportunity for interaction between local producers of Echizen lacquerware, Echizen washi paper, Echizen ware, and glasses from the Echizen Sabae area.
We will continue to deliver content on food and traditional crafts to encourage you to visit the Echizen Sabae area, so please look forward to the next event.
